These terms govern your use of the XSD Cards online store, operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("XSD Cards," "we," "us"). By browsing or buying from our store, you agree to them.

1. The store

The store runs on Shopify. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure.

2. Products and listings

  • Raw singles are graded by us using the condition scale on our Condition Guide (NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG). Condition grading is a judgment call, and we grade conservatively. Photos of the actual card are part of the listing, so please review them before you buy.
  • Graded slabs are sold as graded by the third-party grading company (such as PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC or TAG). We do not guarantee that a card would receive the same grade if resubmitted. Cert numbers are listed so you can verify them with the grading company.
  • Sealed product is sold factory sealed as received. We do not open, weigh or search sealed product, and we cannot guarantee the contents or pull rates of any pack or box.
  • Colors on screen may differ slightly from the card in hand.

3. Authenticity

Every card we sell is authentic. If a card we sold you is shown to be counterfeit, contact us and we will give you a full refund, including shipping, once the card is returned in the same condition.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. Most singles and slabs are one of a kind, so an item is only reserved once checkout is complete. If an item sells out or a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed quantity limits, or are placed for resale where we have set limits. For high-value orders we may ask for extra verification before shipping. Sales tax is charged where required.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The XSD Cards name, logo, photos and site content belong to us and may not be used without permission. Pokémon and all related names and images are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. XSD Cards is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those companies.

8. Collectibles and value

Trading cards are collectibles. Their market value goes up and down. Nothing on our store is investment advice, and we make no promise about any card's future value.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Products are provided as described in their listings, without other warranties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
